This PoolHaus remodel transformed what began as an open, unfinished space with concrete floors that primarily housed pool floats and the designer’s sample library, now into a warm, inviting retreat full of character. The design reimagined the once stark interior, creating a feminine and playful atmosphere while maximizing both function and comfort.

A custom interior wall with an elegant arched doorway was added to create defined spaces while maintaining an open and welcoming flow throughout the home. The existing stairs leading to the garage were reconfigured to create more usable living space, allowing for a more efficient and comfortable layout.

The kitchen underwent a complete renovation with updated cabinetry, finishes, and fixtures, becoming a beautiful focal point of the home. A new bedroom was thoughtfully created within the reconfigured layout, resulting in a cozy and comfortable retreat that feels both private and peaceful. The bathroom also received a refresh with updated finishes and fixtures, giving the space a clean, modern feel while complementing the overall design of the home.

To maximize the property's incredible location, a new window was added to frame breathtaking views of downtown Austin, filling the interior with natural light and creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the city skyline.
